A 7 footer would generally lose 5cm

a 6'3 person can lose about 2.5cm

it's actually quite normal

but it could be because im not fully cut

3cm is quite a bit, unless youre like 6'4+ and weight over 250lbs, could be a problem with your spine

Oh yeah having a longer torso 100% makes you shrink more

I have long long legs compared to my torso, i dont shrink that much
