Barely any facial development from 12 - 14.3

My face barely developed, i just got debatebly worse compared to 2 years ago. Aside from 13-14, but debadetedly it was from fixing my tan (im ethnic) and bad smile and shit diet. Now i lookBefore i looked like a normal kid who dosent do shit all day to a hltn-lmtn. Is it over or will i get facial development later on
