Barely grew 2 cms from 13 to 14 can I still grow?

Im 175 cm 13.11 right now and was 173 cm 12.11 my dad is 183cm mom is 154cm do I still have a chance of being over 6'2 or do I cope and buy height boosters at 20 years old

you probably wont be 6’2 unless you get a second growth spurt, which is unlikely

There’s a basic forumula to it, if you’re a boy (Father’s height + Mother’s Height + 13cm) then divide the number with 2, that will be your potential height; meaning you will atleast get to that height

So it looks like you’ve reached your potential height, now you can maybe get 2-3 inches taller at max, if you max out growth by taking good sleep, good diet and moderate exercise, or you can just blast some supplements
