september of 2025 to march of 2026 i’ve lost 70lbs. barely any excercise. and i look great. not skinny fat. just fit. i was 230 and now sit at 160. again, im not skinny fat or fat, just lean. flat stomach defined upper body and moderate quads. now i know my genetics play a pivotal role but i want to hear any feedback on my progress. after every meal if it’s not steak or grilled chicken or vegetables or a moderate amount of fruit only apples or bananas for fiber and potassium, i throw it up almost 5 minutes afterward. it allows me to enjoy the foods i like while not paying the consequences for digesting the food. every now and then rarely i will digest it just so im not totally just starving.
