ive been mewing for the past 8 months at this point its completely subconscious and i have all of the tongue including the rear third up, no change
u can say it's too short a period of time but im 16 anyway
not like i expect a change and i mew to get an even tighter hyoid anyway, but its just that i havent seen evidence of tongue posture actually transforming a face (other than people younger than 12 in which case it didn't even have that great of an effect)
astrosky's transformation is the only thing i can look at because he has good angles and side profiles, and the only change is his ramus which can be attributed to his chewing (which he mentions off handedly a few times in his videos)

he was like 17-19 or so when he started too

Mewing gave me a cleft chin and got rid of the fat underneath my chin after about one month, but after that, virtually no changes.
