OK bot trying to be some really well made thread but I'm trying to help some of you decide on an order of surgery's.

OK for a good base you need decent chin projection, decent Fwhr 1.8+, good nose midface projection, wide cheekbones.

Because if you get implants and fillers while your bone structure is incel levels you'll be a massive failio

Best opinions for this this any bimax surgery. Preferably a high lefort but since most of you cant get high lefort a bimax will do. Get rhinoplasty, and Zygonatic Sandwich Osteotomy for the wide projecting cheekbones. You cant really change your fwhr maybe get lip lift if your 1.7 ish


After this you'd be a great candidate for implants and eye area surgery etc. And let's be honest most of you have pretty bad bases so you need to make a good base then ascend.

It will be pricey but LOOKS>EVERYTHING

if your ugly nothing can happen. The only thing that matters is looks

If anyone is thinking of jaw surgery and rhinoplasty, do jaw surgery first if it involves upper jaw.
If not, plenty of doctors will do rhino & lower jaw simultaneously.

The irony is, with a good base, you’ll actually be well above average and wouldn’t have trouble with women even before surgery

Ye bimax may alter the nose a bit meaning if you had rhino before it may ruin how it looks
