Jonas is pretty spot on although i am not taking the 3rd row. D3/K2/MagGlycinate is a standard stack that i think most people should be on. Not too sure if calcium is required but i don't take it anyhow.
I've come to the conclusion that collagen peptides are beneficial in one way or another and can/do have a noticeable effect. I've personally been looking at natures way collagen peptides as the supp claims to have collagen types 1 all the way to 6 in them. Was looking for a good source of Verisol collagen with HA but not sure which one is good.
