Tl:Dr instead of lowering carbs drastically or fats drastically to lose weight lower the intake of all 3 macros slightly. Of course as a nattycel don't do what he did and eat ice cream every day and pancakes 3 times a week. That's why IIFYM fails. It basically gives you a excuse to eat carbs and fats from very bad sources which are often a lot more calorie dense than good carbs.

Its different for PED users.
They can basically lower macros and not get the drastic muscle loss effects from any macro they choose bc injecting ur hormones instead of eating them w fats and you require less protein due to increased feed efficiency

They dont need dietary fat for hormones, but guess what? The laws of thermodynamics still apply. Why do you think most strongman are obese? Because they eat 10,000 calories a day.

Well you didnt read what i said. Key point is muscle loss. If 2 people cut at the same stats where one is natty and the other is on peds, the ped user will be leaner losing the same 20lbs as the natty. The strongman comment makes no sense. I know a guy whos 320 lean af eating 10k cals a day lol however hes a bber on 4+g gear. Injecting peds drastically changes the affect of ones diet on the body and what methods you should use.

He's right on that approach actually. It's much safer to lower all 3 macros than to lower all 3 of them. Cut fats too aggressively will fuck your hormones, cut too much carbs spike your cortisol and lose muscle, cut protein lose too much muscle.
