He basically says that paying for someone to rate your face is dumb af, since everyone even unconsciously knows where they stand in the looks scale, and that morphing gives false-hope to people, by talking about his experience going through two nose surgeries and still facing some problems regarding his nose (one of them being the direct result of one of his nose surgeries, that fucked up part of his nose).
