I was focusing strength gains + I deadass gained like 15-20lbs of muscle. I'm drastically outlifting myself from 2 months ago let alone 6 months theres a huge difference, plus im not flexing chest or arms, and i havent had food in a day so my glycogen is lowerBulk went shit than cause you have shit all muscle mass

I have been CLINICALLY obese, I also was nearing organ failure from not eating enough late 25/early 26. you infact do not need such a substantial surplus to gain actual lean mass. You can absolutely gain muscle effectively by eating at maintenance or just 100-200 surplus. Plus lower body fat percentage also help you with insulin sensitivity so you have better energy for your lift, remember not to feed yourself and become a pig next timerelax son i just finished bulking because i was 147 pounds earlier this year bro
