& If it's developing slower it will go up

It's like are If you're at 80% of your peak intelligence while your piers are 70% of their peak intelligence then when you people grow up your score will go down

No way, IQ tends to be stable at your age already

You can't increase IQ. You are stuck. Good news are, that it's also difficult to permanently decrease it
