What dosage of either letrozole or exemestane or anast should I take

My dose of e2 is 23 pg/ml.

Seems okay but ideally for my growth plates to stay open what are the ideal levels.

24pg/ml is the lower end of the range [the range is 20-45 for fully healthy people] so there wouldn't be a purpose to inhibit aromatase.

If you want to crash it, and get to the "ideal levels" then you gotta get to like 5pg/ml [even though that's nuked levels of E2, it would prevent growth plate closure for a while] since that's the levels seen in Aromatase Deficient men

On my report it says the range is from 6.1 to 90. Regardless I thought 10 to 15 were the ideal levels not too low enough to crash or high enough to close the plates. Below 20 especially

6.1 to 90 Is the total range, probably

I mean if the bloodwork says that, that's the normal range, it's wrong, its either hyper/hypogonadism, high shbg to have levels like that on either side.

The IQR is definitely 20-45, but that range is possible since <6pg/ml is considered aromatase deficiency

less 20 will definitely delay closure, especially if it was naturally, but dropping below 10 is optimal

However, you would see multiple side effects from this. So, it's your choice ultimately

Yeah probably but 10 to 20 is probably the sweet spot I’m aiming for. And yeah the risk is just as high. I thought u could control the dosage accordingly. Imma take a test every 3 weeks or so

If you want to control it accordingly use Anastrozole
