I can see brain rotting keyboard warrior specialists rage at the title already cause many people in and out the forum, “wanna increase your height - drink raw milk bro.
PP too small? Drink raw milk bro,
oh she said she doesn’t like you anymore? That’s because today you missed your raw milk bro,
your doctor says raw milk is bad for you? He’s retarded bro.”

~ average NEET 12th grade fail momma’s basement living content eating brain rottter with a local gym membership and a stack of protein powder with a broken screen iPhone :feelsuhh:

I’m sick of these cheeseburger muttmerican influencers claiming science research studies while they themselves read with a thumb.

These fitness influencers don’t wanna help you. They just want to sound based so that you’ll buy their course funded from your grandma’s pension money. They have come to a point where they are making Louis pasture nudge in his grave.

Now coming to the hard facts, -
When you look at the states or the places that were having food-born illness, 78% of the raw milk outbreaks are in the states where the sale of raw milk is allowed.

There's zero reason why raw milk should
be available for human consumption; I’ll try my best to explain the physiology as simple as possible:

If there were more probiotics in milk (as these ‘based’ normgroid influencers claim), what your favourite pea-brain sized influencer doesn’t know is that bacteria by the time they get to your stomach they're going to be killed by the hydrochloric acid (<4.5-5.5) in the gastric mucosa.

Since your gastrointestinal tract has 39.8 trillion bacteria already, anything that you're going to get from raw milk is either going to be killed by it because there's no “ENT coating” on them (have the imbecile influencers you watch head of this? I guess not) or it's gonna drop in the bucket all the way down the flush. It’s not going to actually do anything to substantial to improve your health.

On the contrary you are putting yourself at risk for Salmonella, brucellosis, coxiella, listeria. Now I have no time to explain the pathogenesis on an incel forum, so in short- it’s bad and you’ll probably be hospitalised. You're putting your family at risk and you have these influencers who claim that ‘proteins are worse in pasteurized milk bro, trust me bro, it's better for your immune system bro’ :soy: :feelsuhh:
And none of this horseshit is based on reality. There's no deterioration of protein when it’s getting broken down into amino acids for systemic absorption anyway.

Then I see claims made saying it decreases allergies and asthma, REALLY? Holy fuark, how does the pathogens in raw milk genetically modify the immune’s Immumoglobin E mediated systems coming from the lymphocytes change anything in type 1 hypersensitive reactions, Or how does it even help the bronchodilation of bronchospasmodic mucus in asthma? None of these non-doctor fake internet nutritionist know the definition of what asthma is. Laughing stock.

The solution:

The ‘pasteurisation process’ in many milk companies is dirty. Instead buy raw milk from a local small business seller (I personally pay a premium price for my old milkman who gets it to town far away from a farm).

Heat it at home for 30 mins in 62 degree Celsius/ 145 degrees F. Consume or store it cleanly in the refrigerator. This is the best quality milk available, you are now good to go.

how you cant eat raw egg?

Why would you stomach be able to kill a beneficial bacteria but not salmonella ?
Also the pasteurizing process deteriorates some vitamins not only bacterias
how you cant eat raw egg?
These retards bleach the eggs, removing the outer lining around the shell that protects it against bacteria, that's why they have to keep them in the fridge.
Where I'm from eggs are kept at room temperature and can be eaten raw

Out of 9+ million consumers, approximately 112 become sick each year allegedly from raw milk nationwide, or 0.001%. In Texas, a 3% consumption rate would mean that approximately three quarters of a million Texans drink raw milk, yet only two people have been reported ill from raw milk over a period of 11 years.

You literally have a better chance of getting sick from eating vegetables

Why would you stomach be able to kill a beneficial bacteria but not salmonella ?
You’ll have to read the complete bacteriology to properly comprehend this. Still, I’ll keep it simple answering from my knowledge- The stomach’s acidic milieu (pH 2.5–4.5) lethally disrupts non-enteric-coated bacteria by denaturing proteins and destabilizing membranes. However, Salmonella exhibits remarkable acid resistance through an Acid Tolerance Response (ATR), enabling pre-acidic conditioning that activates protective genes. Its robust lipopolysaccharide (LPS) layer mitigates acid permeation, while proton pumps preserve intracellular pH homeostasis.

Additionally, Salmonella’s biofilm potential fortifies its survival in hostile conditions. In contrast, non-enteric bacteria (the ‘beneficial bacteria you mentioned above which we refer as “probiotics”) lack these defensive mechanisms and succumb to gastric acidity. These include the Lactobacillus, bifidobacteroum and much more.

Thus, Salmonella’s sophisticated adaptations enable survival and pathogenicity in the gastrointestinal tract, a feat unattainable by non-enteric-coated microbial counterparts.

I can assure you the real incidents are much higher than the statistic.

50% of the people who get infection through raw milk are muttmerican rednecks, fishermen, farmers, village weed growers and so on who don’t go to the hospital unless they see a organ missing or a bone cut in half.

Besides American healthcare system doesn’t collect the specimen and culture every single species to identify the pathogen all the time but rather doctors prescribe broad spectrum antimicrobials and therapeutically monitor the prophylaxis, most of them would be cured right here.

Culture to identify the pathogen is only done in severe cases so as to prescribe specific antibiotics/antifungal/antihelminthics for the given pathogen.

Let’s say you did culture the species and identify the organism, now what? There is no real proof that the pathogen acquired has been through raw milk. The same salmonella, brucella, shigella could be acquired through feco-oral, nosocomial and other routes too.

Most of the patients would neglect it while giving history cause why would all of a sudden “hey doc, I drank milk without boiling yesterday, hope that’s not lead me to anything”.

Also, many bacterias have a long standing incubation period (sometimes months) until they get activated within the host and deteriorate its functions so I’m really not sure how researches would study this unless they collect the stool sample of the patients every single time they take a dump and culture the feces for the identification of gram negative stained bacteria.

Observing in real life, I’d say the incidence is much higher. Around 1 in 10 would be infected through a raw milk pathogen from raw milk consumption if they consume it every single day for an extended period of time, one or the other pathogen is gonna take the lead. (Keep in mind, a 10% risk of side affects is considered unsafe in our medical industry)

Ok, then that means that there would be a 0.002% chance of getting sick
