I can see brain rotting keyboard warrior specialists rage at the title already cause many people in and out the forum, “wanna increase your height - drink raw milk bro.
PP too small? Drink raw milk bro,
oh she said she doesn’t like you anymore? That’s because today you missed your raw milk bro,
your doctor says raw milk is bad for you? He’s retarded bro.”
~ average NEET 12th grade fail momma’s basement living content eating brain rottter with a local gym membership and a stack of protein powder with a broken screen iPhone
I’m sick of these cheeseburger muttmerican influencers claiming science research studies while they themselves read with a thumb.
These fitness influencers don’t wanna help you. They just want to sound based so that you’ll buy their course funded from your grandma’s pension money. They have come to a point where they are making Louis pasture nudge in his grave.
Now coming to the hard facts, -
When you look at the states or the places that were having food-born illness, 78% of the raw milk outbreaks are in the states where the sale of raw milk is allowed.
There's zero reason why raw milk should
be available for human consumption; I’ll try my best to explain the physiology as simple as possible:
If there were more probiotics in milk (as these ‘based’ normgroid influencers claim), what your favourite pea-brain sized influencer doesn’t know is that bacteria by the time they get to your stomach they're going to be killed by the hydrochloric acid (<4.5-5.5) in the gastric mucosa.
Since your gastrointestinal tract has 39.8 trillion bacteria already, anything that you're going to get from raw milk is either going to be killed by it because there's no “ENT coating” on them (have the imbecile influencers you watch head of this? I guess not) or it's gonna drop in the bucket all the way down the flush. It’s not going to actually do anything to substantial to improve your health.
On the contrary you are putting yourself at risk for Salmonella, brucellosis, coxiella, listeria. Now I have no time to explain the pathogenesis on an incel forum, so in short- it’s bad and you’ll probably be hospitalised. You're putting your family at risk and you have these influencers who claim that ‘proteins are worse in pasteurized milk bro, trust me bro, it's better for your immune system bro’
And none of this horseshit is based on reality. There's no deterioration of protein when it’s getting broken down into amino acids for systemic absorption anyway.
Then I see claims made saying it decreases allergies and asthma, REALLY? Holy fuark, how does the pathogens in raw milk genetically modify the immune’s Immumoglobin E mediated systems coming from the lymphocytes change anything in type 1 hypersensitive reactions, Or how does it even help the bronchodilation of bronchospasmodic mucus in asthma? None of these non-doctor fake internet nutritionist know the definition of what asthma is. Laughing stock.
The solution:
The ‘pasteurisation process’ in many milk companies is dirty. Instead buy raw milk from a local small business seller (I personally pay a premium price for my old milkman who gets it to town far away from a farm).
Heat it at home for 30 mins in 62 degree Celsius/ 145 degrees F. Consume or store it cleanly in the refrigerator. This is the best quality milk available, you are now good to go.
