So , firstly , u should get bloodwork after your Anabolics have fully saturated in your system.
(longest halflife compounds halflife x 5)
Even if you preload to get to steady state instantly you should wait minimum 1 month as some markers take time to become steady.
Lipids:
-hdl (~3€)= protein that transports cholesterol from blood back to liver , roids will nuke this no matter what you do. Studys show that over 40-50 theres no extra benefit , when on roids it will often be <20 , no problem. Keep the next marker in check.
-ldl (~3€)=protein that transports cholesterol from liver into blood. Roids will raise this slightly , combined with ur crushed hdl you should lower this. 5mg rosuvastatin/ 1-2mg pitavastatin and if still high add 10mg ezetimibe. Should be <80 always , with crushed hdl aim for <60.
-lp(a) (~10€)=Another lipoprotein , made from ldl and apo(a) , stays the same lifelong. If high(out of reference) control other lipids extra well.
-apoB (~15€)=Protein that sits on pretty much every atherogenic lipoprotein. Basically the best lipid marker, but when u have low ldl anyways no need to measure.
Liver:
alt,ast(~3€ each)= enzymes that get into blood when liver cells get damaged. These two are also in muscle , so Workout-> raised. Alt is less effected by this, they are still the best liver markers, don't waste money on any other. The reference for both is 50 , but on orals they can go up to 500, but as we know the livers regenerative abilities r amazing. So, for a couple weeks high-> dnr. Make sure they aren't perma high.
Blood cells:
-hemokrit(~3€)= % of red blood cells in blood. Important marker, keep below 50, if slightly high (50-54) do cardio and drink ALOT of water. If >54 phlebotomy ,cardio water and lower dosages. If this is very low (<40) it likely means ur anemic, take iron. No need for other markers here.
Insulin sensitivity:
-hba1c(~10€)= type of hemoglobin that attaches glucose basically, shows your average blood suger from the last 90 days.
above 5.7% means ur prediabetic , short intense diet asap.
Inflammation (pinning cavans piss?):
-hs-crp/crp(~15€)=protein that gets raised when theres inflammation in ur body. Make sure to measure when ur healthy and not injured. People vary here, but if you're healthy and not injured and it's above 3mg/l ur likely pinning some dogshit. Mine, currently pinning cavans Test C piss is 7, so, i got a shit batch. But dw, u won't die, empty the vials u have then switch source.
Kidney(furo spamer?):
-cystatin c(~15€)=protein produced by almost all nucleated cells, kidneys usually fully reabsorbed by kidneys. Should be low , if ur at the high end of reference or even above slow down on the diuretics , eat more salt, potassium and drink more water.
Sex hormones:
-Testosterone(~25€)=we all know the big T.. here measure only Free T, total T is a waste of money, as most T gets bound up in the Blood by SHBH , making it inactive. Free T measures how much active T u have.
-e2(~25/~80€)=we all know, but here it's more complicated. For health ur e2 should be between 20-60, everyone preferes smt different , i aim for 30pg/ml. BUT with e2 u need to consider your cycle and the testing method. If only T as AAS, use ELIZA method, works fine. If u use e.g. Boldenone u need the LC/MS testing method, and yes obv its always more exact but also more expensive.
-LH/FSH(~35€ each)=waste of money, when ur on roids they will be ~0 anyways, and when ur natty they don't usually mean anything anyways.
So, this is the budget bloodwork guide, this is what i get and 99% of the time other markers r simply a waste of money.
And yes, u can get bloodwork under 18, how?
-> google "blood analysis lab (ur city)"
call them, say u want to get bloodwork and will pay urself, ask them wether they want a written confirmation from ur legal guardians that u can get the Bloodwork. If no, good, go. If yes, just fake it, no they won't check the signature or anything.
