Air Force 1s - Most nt shoe that boosts height 1in
Pants - To hide that your heels are sticking out of your shoes
Height boosters - You can Get 1.5-2 inches and still fit your foot into the shoe decently well
Fitted hat - Pop it up on your head this can add another perceived 0.5in

In total
+3 inches of perceived height
im 6'0 but when I use this setup I tell people im 6'3 and Ive never been called on it

- Cons
The height boosters are uncomfortable as fuck and my feet fall asleep constantly

You walk weird at first because of the weird angle of the boosters
