So a lot of you who are reading this are most likely trying to ascend and a lot of you may not be seeing fast results as promised

Instead of calling a method ineffective or cope did you fix the root problem of your face or whatever your insecurity is

You could try 100 methods on foward growth but still mouth breath and have horrible posture

You could try 200 methods on debloating but your 20% bf and have never touched a treadmill a few coconut waters or some debloat powder won’t save u

Please I know this sounds so obvious but fix the root issue get on a fucking treadmill and get a calorie deficit and you’ll see wonders instead of chugging prime

Get your nutrition in check and start sleeping more that’s what boosts test if your deficient in zinc and magnesium how do you plan on getting dimorphism and bone mass when your hormones are nuked

I recommend all of you to take a kaizen approach to looksmaxxing which means improving something everyday so like your habits around the house and what you consume
