Basically only free T matters and not total T or am I wrong?

I got my free T tested, results should come back end of the week or next week.
Correct me if Im wrong, but all the characteristic high T traits only come from high free T or not? So if you have high total T, but low free T, you wont experience the benefits of higher protein synthesis, elevated libido, more facial hair etc.

Technically that's true, but your total and free T are highly correlated. The only way your free T won't be proportional to your total T is if you somehow have high or low sex hormone binding globulin.

That said, there's no reason not to get both tested, but if you can only get one, it's safe to assume the other is roughly in proportion until you prove otherwise.

I got it very cheap, thats why I only did free T. But I mean, if it comes out high, I shouldnt be worried about my total T

It's also how you genetically respond to testosterone. Not just the density of ARs, which is tissue-specific mind you, but also genetic polymorphisms of AR and stuff like local hormone metabolism and other things.

My free T came out at 107 pg/ml.
Reference range was 10-231.
Jfl that seems a bit low. I fapped 3x the day before, maybe that had a negative impact. Was also a saliva test, not blood

I would kill to have your test levels if I wasn't already injecting.

Average for age 25-35 is 123 pg/nl, so for my age its probably 130-135. So Im clearly below average
Try getting an actual blood test to confirm. At least you don't have natural test levels of an eighty-year-old man like me...

So if your wife gets pregnant and its a boy just let her inject T so you get a high T Chad?

I'd be wary about understating the effect of prenatal test on masculine traits but if you're thinking along these lines then consider increasing your androgen sensitivity, androgen receptor density, test to dht conversion etc aswell

how? And even if I did, I think if would be expensive af to do multiple tests testing your receptors

Probably but if the evidence of it working is solid then testing might not be necessary.

Lifestyle and increasing test itself will do the most then L-carnitine and tribulus for muscles and brain respectively.
Those are the only two things that affect AR density I know but there's bound to be more.
Arimistane for better test to dht conversion and will place your test and est in a more optimal state unless it's very good rn.
If you're just looking for increased libido, more facial hair etc that type of shit then this should do the trick (within reason) unless your test is hella bad rn which you'll find out soon.
If your looking for masc changes in bone structure then it's going to have no noticeable effects
Are you sure you even had low prenatal t levels though?

No Im not sure. I think my prenatal levels were fine. Was undernourished as a kid, but the first 5 years I had perfect development

check your 2D:4D ratio for a crude estimate. if you're worried about stunted development, your body can kind of play catch up with these types of things depending on the circumstances.
