Leluv pump is a very good airpump to use and costs over $100 depending on what size you get with the gauge. You want to have a gauge to see what pressures your at so you won’t get hard flaccid. Oh yeah and don’t even think of getting electric pumps because those are ass also from my experience.

I just want to say that anyone who buys a bathmate is utterly retarded and did the lowest amount of research possible.

1. Its overpriced as fuck. If you're paying over $100 for a shitty water-based pump to use in the shower when you can get literally the same thing (bathmate clone) from alibaba, ebay, temu, etc. for $20 jfl @ you.
2. Gains are temporary from pumping and it takes a long time to cement anything permanently. Water pumping should just be a sex novelty, or used as an accessory to other PE methods.
3. There's no pressure gauge. So not only are you not able to track progress, you also can't tell where you pressure is at and you risk irreversible damage to your dick, permanent insensitivity, edema, blisters, and if you're really fucking retarded a varicocele.
