Nope if you apply a small amount that matches your skin tone very well even I cannot notice a change pre and post washing my face other than my skin looks slightly worse. If you match it right, buy a high quality bb cream, have a decent base(minimal acne and hydrated skin) and only apply modestly there is no ‘mask’ effect
