I use Estee Lauder concealer.
Costs $38 but last you months and it doesn't come off that easily.
Spray setting spray so it definitely doesn't come off.

If you’re going to be in a place where you want to maximally mog and you aren’t jacked, wear it under your sweater. Like if you’re going to be at the mall and want IOIs.
