We have a long history of BBC in Canada. African-American slaves fled to Canada (specifically Nova Scotia) since before emancipation in the US. Maybe even before the Civil War too.
And since the mid-1960s I think, Canada has been accepting immigration from the former British Caribbean colonies (some of whom may have been part of the British commonwealth at the time too). Like Jamaica, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago. Some of these are curries and white people. But also BBC. And with all the woke bullshit lately, they have been accepting immigration straight from sub-Saharan Africa. Including the Horn of Africa (The Weeknd).
I'm going to assume Blackgymmax is Afro-Caribbean. I'm gonna guess Jamaican. But could be from Guyana or Trinidad.
