That Brendio is annoying ngl. It's like I want to hit him every time I see him, not because he's ugly, but because he's actually decent looking if he loses weight, gets some normal looking clothes and uses some shampoo once in a while, and has the nerve to call himself incel. There are actually good people who take care of themselves that have struggles with women and then theres this fat son of a bitch.

When you talk of meme reddit advice, you're talking of basic forms of self care. Unless you're legit chad, if you don't atleast shower and reek you can expect your SMV to be absolute 0. That makes you unpleasant to even be around with. Clothes are important also to fit well and to be of good colors to match your coloring, however, as you're fat, clothes won't look good even when they fit well, so you need to lose weight and reach atleast ottermode tier body. Haircut may also halo or failo you greatly, and as your haircut is totally disgusting and greasy, you need to buy some head&shoulders and visit a barbershop asap.
Your face is above average, you have potential, but you let it all go to waste as you neglect yourself like that.

The assumption that I, or any Incel doesn't "take care of themselves" and then giving advice based on that assumption, is meme reddit advice. I shower daily, I shave, I wash my clothes, etc. When that video was filmed, my hair was long and I looked unkempt because at the time I had already lost about 100LB, and since then I have lost about 80 more, my main focus was not looking "well kempt" or "clean", etc, my main focus was getting healthy, it still is, and the only reason I do look better, is lets face it, because I lost more weight. There's no difference between how many showers Fat Brendio, Chub Brendio, and Future Skinny Brendio took, our Grooming is collectively the same.

If anything my only problem unrelated to my physical appearance itself is my "Style", which again isn't much of a priority.
