JFL blacks ain't respected as a thug, the only blacks that have any kind of respect are the ones who are highly educated and have high status jobs. That's why immigrant Africans have higher respect and earn more than African Americans who are seen as thug low class losers.

The ones that have dreads are 90% of the time work in clubs and bars. In US ive heard it is acceptable for a blackcel to wear braids and dreads in corporate offices but in the UK it is a big no no.
