I mean if u go to them and say ur a trans u get free surgery and u can even claim u cant work because of it and get neetbux awaiting the surgery trust me i know i used to be tight with a trans guy and being trans is a cheatcode why cant I get a surgery to be hot then? Also they should make a thing called choppedbux. Its like a neetbux but u get it in addition to the money you earn.
