I am currently trying to get leaner. I use vaseline on eyelashes, eyebrows, and lips. I am working on bonesmashing but have little to no routine yet. I workout as often as I can (typically 3-5 per week) weightlifting and some running. I am working on my diet. Be brutally honest. What can I do to improve and what is my potential. Currently I'd like to say I am hltn-lmtn but i recently got a buzz so i think i got nerfed. Any suggestions help.
