I am currently trying to get leaner. I use vaseline on eyelashes, eyebrows, and lips. I am working on bonesmashing but have little to no routine yet. I workout as often as I can (typically 3-5 per week) weightlifting and some running. I am working on my diet. Be brutally honest. What can I do to improve and what is my potential. Currently I'd like to say I am hltn-lmtn but i recently got a buzz so i think i got nerfed. Any suggestions help.

I should have added that I am 6'1 and going through puberty. I want to max out my bone growth facially and height. I am not opposed to taking pharmas but i need good suggestions. I am also planning on a hardmax such as a fat graph or something similar for my undereyes.

just go thru the normal softmax route
coloring , skin , health indicators blah blah yk it all
research on roids and start a cycle dont do some shit cycle with 10 dhtd to try to max ur dimo
stick to a simple good cycle with good ancillaries

ur undereyes are really bad so after ur done with ur softmax u should have a consultation on what to do further with ur undereye situation
mainly just water stuff really

okay ive already been researching most of the first things. im aware of my shitty undereyes but i feel like if i max everything else out then they can at least be overlooked. im def going to look into some surgeries for them though. Thanks

yeah dont worry much ab stuff u cant do unless its invasive
ur a decent looking kid just lacking dimo but ur 16
getting ur contrast better will help u alot and yes
bonesmashing does work u just needa stay consistent and do it the proper way and not breaking ur bones like a retard

okay thanks. do you have any tips to improve dimo? i havent really looked much into that yet. also do you have any basic recommendations i could research for a stack?
