Yes it's very possible if you're willing to spend tens of thousands on surgeries. In fact, other than the nose these look like really conservative estimates.

Upper third:

The eye shape isn't completely different like the retard above said, it's near identical, with the morph being slightly narrower vertically. Lower eyelid retraction + infraorbital rim implant with a skilled surgeon like Taban would give even more pct than the morph if you so desire.

I'm assuming you're raising your eyebrows, if not there might be an issue there, but assuming you are upper eyelid fillers will completely eliminate your already little uee and lower eyelid fillers can add more volume to the tear trough region if the implant doesn't give enough projection. But that seems unlikely tbh a large or medium sized medpor implant from taban or yaremchuk makes a very noticeable difference.

If your not raising your eyebrows and they're just naturally comically high like that then you'll have to get more work done. RealSurgeryMax says there are two ways:

1.) Direct Browplasty
and
2.) Custom Supraorbital Implant with Medial Vertical Drop-Down Augmentation with a medial supraorbital ligament release.

Also the morph has thicker eyebrows so minox + maybe transplant.



Lower third:

I would have to see your profile but I don't think you would even need a bimax. A genio w/ chin wing should give you those results. The chin is shorter and more forward in the morph, which is what a genio does best. The width of the jaw is exactly the same (I measured on PS) but it's lower in the morph: i.e, the main function of a chin wing. If the osteotomies aren't enough, (worst case scenario) you could get small implants. But that seems like overkill so unless your surgeon fucks up, I don't see that happening.

Wtf are you doing with your mouth? No one can make any conclusions about your mouth when your pouting your lips like that. But in general, you should avoid fucking with your mouth. Never get fillers there.

Your beard might still grow in if you're younger than 25, if not get transplant.



Middle third:

width didn't change at all like some of the lower IQ users here assumed it did. That's just an illusion created by lower eyebrows, fuller orbitals and a narrower nose. But the zygos are LITERALLY UNCHANGED, I confirmed it on PS.

The main problem the nose. You need at least two surgeries imo: a bulbous thick-skin rhinoplasty and an alarplasty for the width. But even if you get both, there's a good chance it won't look like that. The nose is really tricky to get right and hard to predict results.



Other shit:

Idk much about skin.

Eye color has stroma in the future if you're patient.




The users here are not a good source of information for these types of questions. They either don't know or they'll just say no to keep you down like crabs in a bucket. Yes achieving the look of this morph or something similar is possible with the surgeries I listed. That is what happens if you get several surgeries. You're going to look like a different person, no shit, you're changing nearly every part of your face. FFS, just growing a beard and changing your hair is enough to make you look like a different person. So obviously, 6 surgeries + softmaxxing would create a drastic change to your appearance.

The cheekbone and jaw changes are definitely possible. And a rhino could get you close to that change. But you don't have the natural eye base to get the after for those eyes.
