maybe, practicing tongue posture and correct swallowing might fix it (depends if your growth palates closed). Aside from that sleep. UEE just honestly practice opening your eyes a lot and trying to hood them with your eyebrows. your jaw/overbite and maxilla you'll need to go see an ortho for most likely.
