What i would recommend is you make money until your 18, and just before college or uni you can ascend to MTN.
What you need are jaw implants, zygo implants and orbital implants. Maybe also chin implants but that usually comes with jaw implants aswell.
If you want to try something in order to improve bonemass for right now. You could try mewing and thumbpulling.
