Lose weight, and look into masseter botox. Your masseter muscles seems to be overdeveloped creating that square look. Don't starvemax though. Keep protein high and eat vegetables, lower fats and carbs

No only injectable or nasal spray, but injectable is better, im pretty sure you get more destributed tan from that. You need to willing to do what it takes boyo. You should hop on some test.

soft maxxing methods = volufiline, brushing them with toothbrush, any thickening creams honestly
hard maxxes = surgery ofc to fix their shape and make them thicker

Unfortunately I'm not particularly open to injecting stuff, but anything else goes. I'll try the nasal spray.

First. Seek dentsl care your teeth are un even and narrow. Get palate expanders and braces maybe. Because braces can also make your lips thicker after taking then off forever. something you really need. Maybe after that you might look a bit better Btw your rating is Low-mtn. You have an unique and abover average bonestructure. Your main problemare the ratios. Youface looks an bit empty and this is mainly because of your lips. Show your side profile maybe i can change my advice to beter advice.

Appreciate the in-depth analysis! (At least compared to what I've received so far)

i don't have many pictures of my side profile (probably for a good reason lol) this is the only one i could find from about a year ago.

From what I can tell my jaw is a bit recessed, my masseter muscles are overdeveloped, my eyebrows need thickening and some debloating is needed as well.

I'm guessing it's a bit too late (considering my age) to consider softmaxxing instead of jumping right to palate extenders and dental care?

I'm also assuming that the fact that my face is bloated is also hiding some of the prominent features that show up when your teeth aren't all that symmetrical, hence why I haven't been keen on going out of my way to fix it. Either way thanks for bringing it to my notice!

ive been finding it hard to gain more advice on how to lose face fat as the rest of my body is naturally very lean

so far i'm taking 400mg of potassium daily and eating 1-3 bananas,
i've also lowered my sodium intake and quit eating processed foods (for the most part)
i'm drinking 1-2L of water per day and i'm also gonna start lymphatic drainage as soon as tomorrow

drink 3-5 litres of water everyday, dont skull it all at once though, just do it throughout the day. in addition to this, kill your barber, grow out your hair zeta’s hair is a good example to aim for, helps out a lot.
