Get protraction facemask (Alt RAMEC + reverse headgear) to advance your maxilla, and most of the issues you think you have will be somewhat improved

This is how should u can get the headgear to pull the maxilla forward:
Get an expander to loosen up those sutures and attach the headgear to the expander. Tell the ortho your plan and tell him your desperate. If he gives u an expander but no headgear js use ur amazon one and try to hook it onto the expander anyways

well u can acutally fix eye area if your upper eyelid isnt massive and u dont have a big negative canthal tilt. Always depends on the situation. And for maxilla or ur like 13 or 14 start of puberty mew wont do magic but could help a bit

Im 16, getting Orthodontics to fix my maxilla, i js dont know what to do with my eyes, done some searching but I cant find any non surgical ways, I already grew my lashes and dyed it black, same with my eyebrows

i mean u can thicken your brows aswell but thats basically every softmax for eye area. You could shape them aswell but thats it

I'm in the same situation as you, and on top of that I live in Brazil. I receive 2,500 reais per month, which is equivalent to 550 dollars per month. Basically, what I use is: orthodontic braces, 2.5 mg of dutasteride, 150 mg of testosterone, isotretinoin, and topical minoxidil 5% twice a day. Supplementation is just the basics: a multivitamin, 5000 IU of vitamin D3, 600 mg of calcium, and 150 mcg of vitamin K2. And obviously, I'm trying to reach 8% to 10% body fat.
