whenever u take a drug, take microdoses first, very slowly increase the dose
dont just smoke the whole joint when u do it the first time, just smoke 1-2 whiffs max to avoid greening out
when u take amphetamine, take 1 line for every nose hole max at first
you can very quickly overdose if ur not careful
what u need to know is that u need to taper off drugs, dont quit them cold turkey
