I'm 193cm/80.7 kg/10-11% body fat and I'm still pretty far from my true potential, which would be 104 kg at 10-11% body fat

But I'm seeing big performance increases over time. I'd say 18 inch arms, 26 inch legs, and a 18 inch neck, are good lean measurements to aim towards. Currently at 13 inch arms, 21.5 inch legs, and a 15.5 inch neck.

Nothing brutal here, he's just average. But take an average guy, give him 40 lbs of muscle in the right areas, and he won't be average anymore. But take a very ugly guy, give him 40 lbs of muscle, and he will still be ugly, he just won't look as nerdy anymore.

The only people who won't see benefits in dating by getting muscular are women, since the vast majority of men do not want or care if a girl has muscles, they just want her to look healthy (skinny but not too skinny). But muscles look attractive regardless whether or not your face looks good because it's a sign of physical fitness, of athleticism. It sets the physically active people apart from the lazy people who spend the day on the couch.
