no, your eyes look slightly too wideset but it's not a major flaw

Lip filler and rhino. Maybe some more nose bridge projection, narrowing the nose would emphasise the higher set ipd.

I don't think its the nose thats the problem its my small lips and ipd that gives the illusion my nose is out of place
