Be honest what do I actually need?

Alright, I need some outside opinions because I've been staring at these ceph analyses for way too long.

I finally got my lateral ceph analyzed (Steiner, McNamara, Ricketts, tracings, etc.), and my goal is purely aesthetics.

Right now I'm considering things like sliding genioplasty, jaw surgery, orthodontics, and implants down the line but I honestly don't know if I'm heading in the right direction.

If this was your case, what would you do?

• Genio?
• DJS?
• Ortho?
• Leave it alone?
• Something else?

Be as honest as you want.

depends on ur age if ur your young enough u def should get some orthopedic braces for ur mandibula that shi is hellla recessed (i have same problem but had real good progess thrue my orthopedic braces at age 14-16

im not sure i think its worth the try to maybe ask a good Orthodontist cause it always varies per person

Wisdom tooth removal, definitely genio but if you wanted to go all out, trimax with jaw angle implants

what is Co-a?

Co-A is the effective maxillary length. Mine is 89.5 mm which is below the reference range, although my maxillary position (SNA and A-Nvert) is essentially normal.
