well, its not like you can "shapeshift" overnight but with good consistency and hard work you can build something youre proud of that gets acknowledged.

and it definitely is a halo. and physique is way easier to change than face. genetics matter for both but anyone can build an aesthetic physique without extreme measures it just takes consistency.
as for height its mostly genes. heightpill def is very brutal. but u can still do things to support growth and also fraud.
frame also is quite genetic but you can still do your best to alter it. (grow broad shoulders, wide lats, good upper chest, and be lean for a tight waist)
