Personality originates from the mind. The mind is more powerful than anything else. The perception of beauty also comes from the mind.

Answer honestly? Have you ever seen an attractive person do something, and been motivated to do the same thing yourself?... You don't need to answer.

The fact your personality is unique, means it's not a quantitative scale. You're just reticent in public and around others.

Something that can be measured quantitatively though is how meeting and socialising with more people can genuinely change your personality for the better.
