I was chud-maxxing during exams and gained a lot of weight, but over the past few weeks I have:
1. Started going to the gym again
2. Eating high protein (around 1000 cals daily)
3. 1 Hour Runs
4. Walking more often
These helped me lose a lot of weight and ascend in a short-period. (Dm if you want some more info/guidance)
More importantly, I have a trip to the beach in about 3 days. The trip is around a week long, and I intend to drink quite often. What can I do in these upcoming 3 days to:
1. Not be inflated/bloated/retain a lot of water in my face
2. Have a nice physique
For some important context, my current daily habits/diet are:
1. The above routine
2. Very few carbs
3. I drink diet sodas + Chew gum
I'm not sure if I am overtraining myself, or if the diet soda + gum chewing makes noticeable changes to my overall physique. (Please give educated thoughts/opinions)
Please give me any advice I might find useful for the goals I listed previously, or to ascend in general.
