Beard-frauding for recessed chin?

I've seen this guy's before/after, and I'm wondering if something like this could work IRL as well?

Basically, here is what my chin looks like (I did a LOT of mouthbreathing as a stupid kid ). So I don't know if I can use this beard to fraud, at least until I get genioplasty some time in the future when I actually hit 12% bodyfat (27%bf rn ). But IDK how well this works IRL

I wish I kept the beard; my dumbass shaved it off to 'look more neat and professional' a few weeks ago
It wasn't until I was with a female friend who obsessed over her boyfriend's thick beard that I was like "Ooh yeah, I guess I can also grow my beard back"
