Yes, it would look better, I wouldnt grow it too long tho. Just a heavy stubble.

And yeah, testosterone will help it look and be way thicker, for a lot of people they NEED to be on test for the beard/stubble to look good

undereye fatgraft doesnt give u the undereye support that implants give u. double jaw surgery is hard to get if u dont have insane malocclusions dude its not really a cosmetic surgery, barely any surgeons do it for aesthetic reasons
