Beat surgeons for deviated noses in Turkey?

The one I think is the best for deviated noses is Suleyman Tas. However, he leaves bridge a big wide sometimes and I would like a less wide bridge kinda like what Baris Cakir does. I want my nose to he more structured and bulbous but the best doctor for that is Baris Cakir but he doesnt have much examples of deviated noses.

Which doctors are best for nose jobs in Turkey? I will post before and after here if I get it done by any of your advice and explain the whole process of me going there and getting it done
