JFL stop mixing ur eggs. Like why do u put raw eggs in a glass and mix it. Whats the point just drink it normally

You think you can beat egg yolks out of their natural form, completely denature it by beating it and expect its still the same as an untouched yolk? No way bro

You aren't doing anything to the molecules by beating it

The only thing I could see happening is biotin binding to the avidin in the whites, but that would probably just happen in your stomach anyway

Those proteins getting denatured in the same way going down your throat/stomach aren't they? I like to mix eggs into kefir and yogurt that's why I ask

This, enzymes do NOT denature this way.:lul:
If you heat them up to ~40°C or put them in acid, then the H- and S- bridges will dissolve.
Ngl Asdvek this was a small L sorry g.

This, Yolk Is made of a liquid like-plasma suspended in a water-based solution; like an oil-in-water emulsion.
It dosent matter If I mix ts around, nothing is being destroyed.
