In this scene one brother mentions to another their childhood memory of watching a jb dancing for them in their room. David Lynch then cuts to a full minute-long scene showing the actual memory of the jb dancing with wistful music playing. The scene comes on very suddenly and unexpectedly and seems out-of-place, contributing nothing to the wider story. It is only there because Lynch was based and wanted to remind the viewer of what childlike joy felt like.

It's a beautiful, beautiful scene.

You described every scene of twin peaks, but I’ll go back and rewatch it later

It's a strange mix of comfy characters (like main hero, the retard policeman, Leland) and cringe characters I can't stand like Shelley and that faggot Bobby. Every scene is either great or I want to fast forward through it depending on which characters are in it.
