The issue with surgery is for most people by the time they can afford it, get it booked and finish recovery you’ve missed so much crucial time. Also a lot of people leave the community before they even get to that point.

Obviously it’s 101% better than never having the improvement at all, it’s good to have as an option and it will greatly improve the lives of people that do manage to get one

i somewhat agree surgies cost thousands of dollars, usually it takes folks years to save up, not only they recovery from the surgeries can take 1-2 years. Most people work on fitness, skin care and diet, then improve on that and then just leave the looks maxing movement, they now have a better social life maybe got girlfriend who they like. Then they slowly drift away from these types of forums and life moves on.
