For PC the absolute best app is cold turkey blocker. It's $40 for the full app no subscription required. While it's not a porn blocking app, you can set it up in such a way where you can block the entire internet, and then whitelist only the domains you use. The developer is one dude (software engineer guy) and I worked with him quite closely a few years back because my coomer brain kept finding ways to bypass the blocker and he would then patch the hole. It can also block exe files, task manager, date/time setting, control panel, command prompt, and any other apps or scripts used to bypass or uninstall the app. You can lock the app (prevent it from being deleted) for any set time period as well. Also there is a feature called frozen turkey that allows you to prevent using the PC at certain times. When I was really bad I set it so it would automatically turn off my computer from 8pm to 7am. Absolute god tier app

For phone I have Detoxify by family first. Not sure if you can get it for iphone. Anyways really solid porn blocker that you can set a randomized pin that is the only way to uninstall it. Only way to get the pin outside of brute force is emailing support and they purposly wait 24hrs to respond to pin requests to ward off coomers. Has three different settings all ranging in strictness on what you want to block. I use the strictest setting which blocks porn, and porn adjacent sites like reddit, twitter, insta ,etc. Can also block apps on your phone (i block my web browser and google play store) and there is also an option to automatically block any newly installed apps. I have it on my PC as a second mode of defense but after properly setting up your cold turkey parameters it's probably redundant. $5 a month or $60 a year.
