Just chew gum in public or have a mint. Imagine getting bad breath anyway. My breath used to be bad when I woke up but recently I've noticed that's gone away and it's pretty much always good or neutral. This is a huge chad trait because you can wake up and make out with stacy and it won't even be unpleasant.

BTW I cannot brush my teeth without rinsing my mouth out very thoroughly. All the people that just spit their toothpaste in the sink and then swallow after that make no sense to me. I know that's actually healthy for your teeth too to not rinse them out after brushing because the toothpaste protects them I heard but still eating toothpaste is kinda nasty imo.

I use my toothbrush to brush my tongue. Using an electric toothbrush is the way to go. I usually only brush my teeth once a day and I do it in the shower so I can rinse my mouth with the shower head. But I do it very thoroughly and I brush my tongue and gums because my electric toothbrush has a gums mode where it is softer and you can brush your gums and there is also a whitening setting and a clean setting where you can clean or whiten your teeth more based on the vibration of the electric toothbrush apparently.

I know there are tongue scrapers but I don't have one a toothbrush works especially electric toothbrush. If you have never used an electric toothbrush just try it out get the phillips sonicare your teeth feel amazing afterwards
