CONFIDENCE PILL (for beginners)
There are many ugly, short and stupid guys that are successful, happy and got girlfriends. One trait they all got in common is that they are more confident than you. Confidence will boost the way others perceive you, and, more importantly, how you perceive yourself. If you see yourself as some incompetent loser that is clearly insecure it's no surprise you have only two friends and no female attention.
Personality matters. If you don't believe that it's over for you. Improving confidence is the single most important thing you can easily change. It starts in your mind. You have to want it.
Most people are worrying all the time and restrict themselves from doing as much as they could. They say less to not say anything wrong and act less to not embarrass themselves. This behavior can help, sometimes. But in the long run it will ruin your life.
1. State of mind
At first you need to know how you become confident.
What kind of people are confident?
Successful individuals
Therefore you need to become more successful within your own reality.
Everyone is attracted by people who project an image of success.
Never complain about anything, suffer when nobody notices. If you avoid revealing negative emotions and thoughts a few things will happen:
1. You will seem to be "fun to be around" which attracts.
2. People will assume you are in control.
3. When you don't talk bad and don't criticize, people will enjoy your company. That doesn't mean you can't point out felacies. However you should avoid doing it in public. You don't want to be an asshole that emberasses others. Never directly tell someone that he is wrong, that will only insult him. Ask skeptical questions so that they question their own beliefs rather than being told they're wrong.
4. You will seem competent for more.
This is why being in a good emotional state will be helpful. The imagination others got of you gets higher, which gives you a better imagination of yourself which makes you more confident, which makes acting well easier. It's a loop of positive change.
Don't worry about anything too much. Fear will be in your way to reach your goals. Fear is the single biggest bastard that ruins the most dreams in the entire fucking world. Try to get rid of your fears as much as possible so you don't stand in your own way when it comes to becoming successful and confident. Take risks. I won't explain how to get rid of your fears but if it's an actual problem for you I genuinely recommend reading some books about it or doing some research.
What have we learned? Don't be afraid, annoying and don't complain, instead be positive constructive and successful. Having emotional control is the first step that will help you and reflects back to you through the behavior of others.
2. Acting correctly
Don't do nothing. It makes you less approachable. This is why barkeeper's always wash some glasses when nobody is ordering anything. If the barkeeper just stood around and waited, it would be uncomfortable to order approach him. Being busy shows that you know what you are doing which makes you seem successful which is also a factor that helps all the above.
Talk to more people. (Conversations are a pretty big topic so I won't go into detail now how you should do it, but there is a big guide coming soon.) Having more people to talk to will make you even more approachable. It needs some practice so you should not be afraid of failing conversations the first few times. Figure out what works and read some tips on how to do it if necessary. When talking to people in groups talk to one person and ignore comments and questions of others. Look the person you're talking to in the eyes and no one else. They're gonna look away right after. Ignore everyone else all the time. Only if others come you can choose to answer but if you're in the flow of a conversation ignoring is often the best option. Never stress. Take your time to talk and to react. Forcing yourself to be non reactive is fake confidence but when it becomes natural it's real.
Ask others for favors. It gives them an opportunity to be liked by you. Don't overdo it and start small but it's a good way to build up relationships. It's one of the things I personally was most afraid of doing. Think of the times when your crush asked you for something. You would have done anything for her, you little slave. And it never was embarrassing, was it? Of course not. You're obviously no one's crush because you're ugly but asking someone for a favor isn't that big of a deal so don't be afraid trying it out. I apologize for insulting you, I just wanted to bring the point across in an effective way ^^
I hope this helped, at least as a start. Good luck
