As you might now i’m currently very chopped, so since i’m chopped i’m going to start using cope methods. I’ll be going through different methods for 3 months of consistency at a time to see if there is any truth behind these methods. Obviously if I conclude a method is working I’m going to continue using it.
Measurements:
Facial circumference (top of philtrum around the head) -52cm
Brow ridge depth (self explanatory) -2.2cm
Forward growth (tip of nose to front of ear) -~10.8cm
Facial length (top of forehead to bottom of chin, also over the nose so not completely accurate) -19cm
Facial width (zygo to zygo over the nose so not completely accurate) -16cm
Starting point
front camera arm full extended
back camera mirror photo
Method
The first method I am trying is Bojack’s bone pressing method. Bojack says it works because the bone naturally adapts to pressure placed upon it. (Wolff’s law) The method involved pressing on your bones (zygos, mandible, browridge) for 30-60m after compound lifting for the elevated gh levels. I will be pressing on my bones with my knuckles for 30-40m after my workout. I don’t really think this will work, but I hope it does since it hurts badly when you’re doing it.
I’m going to update with a new thread every two weeks. I’ll still have my measurements and pictures from the start, and I’ll also have the updated pictures and measurements from that week.
