the beef marinade:
  • onion powder.
  • garlic powder.
  • cayenne pepper.
  • paprika powder.
  • dried parsley
  • some lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • pepper and salt to taste.
the chimichurri sauce:
  • olive oil (you can make this sauce as greasy or as dry as you want)
  • few cloves of garlic.
  • a whole bunch of parsley (primary spice for the sauce and the bulk of the volume)
  • almost as much oregano (secondary spice and also a large portion of the total volume)
  • a bit of coriander.
  • few spoons of apple cider vinegar.
  • bit of lemon juice.
  • cayenne pepper.
  • onion powder.
  • pepper and salt to taste.

the main vegetables for this dish are snow peas and pointed peppers, you can mix almond pieces through it at the end as well, this makes it even better.

it's served with white rice mixed with crème fraîche.

once your beef is marinated (takes several hours, preferably an entire day) stir fry it, add the vegetables, boil some rice while you do it, drain the rice and mix it with the crème fraîche, chuck sauce over it, there isn't more to it.

also I don't write down specific amounts because I do everything by feel.

Too much ingredients
 
In Argentinien they don't season the meat, only salt and it's better that way
