I recently increased my HGH from 4-6iu and added glycine making the whole sleep stack as follows
4iu HGH (2 before fasted cardio in the morning)
3000MG glycine
400mg Mag glycinate
400mg L theanine
20mg melatonin
1 of my fish oil pills
600mg citrus bergamot
And my in my sleep I’ve been dreaming of my notifications being at 7 and ppl dming me the best grey vendor
Starting to think I could be too far gone, but my sleep score has been over 95 for the last 5 nights in a row on whoop
