im not sure what's wrong

i had a horrible day last night stressed from work and my car stopped working i need to fix it. i felt like shit

then later at the same day my air conditioner stopped working it's so fucking hottttttt

after that the same last day i had extreme numbness in the middle or my chest hands neck and extreme fatigue

then i went to the doctor and they said there is nothing
